About MASSI

MASSI
MASSI is a tool used to pad the output from MAVEN for use with MATLAB. Input is an excel spreadsheet and information on the number of carbon / hydrogen atoms in the compounds found in a sample. A repository of commonly used compounds is pre-loaded in the system but can be expanded by the user. Output is a padded excel spreadsheet.
